About Wiener Fest
Thanks for your interest in participating in one of the largest non-profit events in College Station. This is Aggieland Humane Society’s 10th Annual Wiener Fest. The event is located in the beautiful Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater, 1015 Colgate Drive, College Station, TX 77840. This event pulled in a crowd of over 7,000 people last year and with expanding an extra day, we expect and even larger crowd! Parking is available in the Post Oak Mall parking lot.
How it Works
You may set up your booth on Friday, October 14, starting at 7pm, if you like. We will have security on site Friday night. Friday night setup is strongly preferred. If you choose to set up on Saturday morning, you will be given a very specific time between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. for October 15. You need to be sure to be on time. You will be allowed to drive to your numbered booth spot and have no more than 15 minutes to unload. There will be volunteers on site to assist with unloading. Due to City of College Station park rules, the set up schedule must be strictly followed for safety for all. No vehicles are allowed on any part of the grass.
Each booth area is 12X12. You need to supply your own tent. If you need more than one spot, you will pay for as many as you require. If you are a sponsor, you will still need to pay for a vendor booth if you desire to have one. If you are a food vendor, you will need a Brazos County one day vendor event permit. The permit can be downloaded at www.brazoshealth.org You will need to secure that and pay for it within 72 hours before the event.
No animals can be sold at this event.
To receive the non-profit fee, you must be a 501C3 and include your tax identification number on the form.
The week of the event, if not sooner, you will be notified of your space #. If you need electricity, be sure you note it on the vendor form. There are limited spots with electricity.
Booths cannot be taken down early. We strictly follow the City of College Station Park Rules and cannot allow vehicles to come into the park until the park is clear of patrons and pets. If you choose to take down early, you will not be allowed back the following year.
How to Join Us
All vendors will receive a call with their assigned location and suggested set-up time. Friday evening set up will be from 7:00PM-9:00PM, and is strongly preferred. Saturday morning set up will begin at 7AM, vendors must be finished setting up by 8:30AM. For the safety of participants, there will be absolutely NO take-down until the event concludes on Sunday afternoon.
